Shipping Policy
At CRONIX Sport, we’re committed to getting your orders delivered quickly, safely, and efficiently. We currently ship within Malaysia and offer free shipping to all customers in West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia). Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 working days after payment is confirmed. Once shipped, delivery within West Malaysia usually takes 2 to 5 working days, while delivery to East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak) may take 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location and local courier schedules.
For customers in East Malaysia, shipping fees will apply and are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. After your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel's journey in real-time.
We currently do not offer international shipping or in-person pickup, but if you have special requests, feel free to contact us. If you experience any delivery issues such as delays, lost packages, or incorrect address information, please reach out to us at onehundredmomentum@gmail.com and we’ll assist you as quickly as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy
At CRONIX Sport, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
To initiate a return, please contact us at onehundredmomentum@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item if applicable. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the product back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item sent).
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 working days.
Please note: We do not accept returns for change of mind or items that show signs of use. Only regular-priced items are eligible for return; sale or promotional items are non-refundable.
